I would like to introduce myself my name is Ladele Jones, I am the Principal of ‘InStyle Real Estate’ and the Leading Property Manager on the Central Coast having managed properties for over 13 years. I fell in love with the industry instantly and developed a strong passion which has been growing ever since. This has driven me to undertake a degree in Property Law. As the “Principal/Property Manager” I am responsible for the daily management of our Asset Management Department I am your first point of contact for all your property management needs.

I have established a department full of positivity and hardworking individuals whilst maintaining strict processes and procedures to ensure the best outcome for our clients. My professionalism is tenacious in itself, my proven record of customer satisfaction has earned an impeccable reputation within the industry. I’m not like the other property managers around e.g. an employee. I am the owner/Principal of Instyle Real Estate, this is my investment and you are my clients. “Your business is my business, If you don’t get paid I don’t get paid“ I pride myself on making a positive and lasting impression. I am a good listener, and have a solid understanding of tenancy legislation as my key qualities. My main focus is protecting the landlord’s investment. It is not unusual for me to deliver results far greater than anticipated.
